Are you willing to give up the disk?

Personally I think this would be a real shame. My collection of games needs to be real, not a load of downloads.
Downloading retro games on Live, PSN or on the Wii store is OK but nothing compares to sparking up the original console.

I know what your saying Paul, I miss looking at a pile of cartriges on my side shelf for a certain game by color (Zelda being in gold for the NES, or Killer instinct in black on the snes), Or trifling through my Dreamcast Disks (Which I still do, seeing how its the main part of my collection) looking for Skies of Arcadia, or Shenmue. The main part now is accesibility of them nowadays, Do I want to bid on Ebay for that hard to find original cartridge or disk. Something Like harvest moon for the snes, sells for something around 50$, or for 800 points on The Wii. It's really hard to find another way to play these games, It may not be the greatest way, or the way we're used to but unless you have a store around the corner with all this for my old NES or Genesis I'm will to give them up for the chance to play the classics once again. Also at least the Wii's controls are similar to the old ones. Do you find this valuable?

Well, I might sound holier than thou but I have got quite a few titles on the Wii. I agree about acessibility. Some of the retro stuff is priced out of my league. When I can afford it I buy the original!!
Nice to have you back, hope the apartment is good.
