Jul 5 2008, 3:02 PM EDT Hey! I had the one of those email phones, and I thought they were ok. Well, at the very least they had so much potential...just maybe not as an email machine, because it did do more than just email. Personally I think they were just too late in coming to market as technology was moving far too fast at the time and they basically missed the boat. But looking back...yeah...they were crap...but they need not have been...which maybe proves your point in your OGT write up. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 8 2008, 5:43 PM EDT Yeah, they do say that when Amstrad took over the Spectrum they became a little naff! Not sure how true that is though. The email phone was naff due to its timing but for the novelty...they aint all that bad...get one! Do you find this valuable? |
